SECTION 1 - Returns & Refunds 

All conditions outlined below follow The Consumer Law Consumer Rights & Guarantees.

Thank you for choosing to purchase our Saberlight Lightsaber. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service to bring you the best shopping experience. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds of products purchased from Saberlight.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

SECTION 2 - Cancellation Of Order

We understand that circumstances may change and if you wish to cancel your order you will need to do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, the order will be processed, assembled and dispatched for shipping. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to bear the unpacking fee and logistics transportation fee to our international warehouse, which will be deducted from your order amount.

If you want to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear cancellation request.

2. Our team will assess the status of your order and make every effort to prevent it from progressing further.

3. If the order can be successfully cancelled, we will provide cancellation confirmation and initiate a refund (if applicable).

SECTION 3 - Limitations Regarding Order Cancellations

1. Time Sensitivity: Time is of essence when cancelling an order. We recommend that you contact us immediately after deciding to cancel your order to increase your chances of success.

2. Order Processing: Once an order enters the processing stage, it becomes increasingly difficult to cancel the order. If possible, our team will communicate with the factory to stop processing.

3. Shipping Stage: If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case we may, at our discretion, assist with the return subject to a restocking fee.

4. Refund Time: If the cancellation is successful, we will initiate a refund according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that refund times may vary based on the payment provider's processing time.

5. While we strive to provide the best customer service possible, the nature of our purchasing process limits our ability to cancel an order after it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your understanding on this matter.

SECTION 4 - Returns For Change of Mind

Saberlight is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team before purchasing. Our team members will respond within 1 to 2 working business days.  

SECTION 5 - Returns For Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, send an email including clear photos and a video showing the issue. Once we verify the problem, we will promptly initiate the replacement of the necessary parts at no extra cost.

If you prefer not to receive replacement parts, please note that the cost of returning the product will be your responsibility. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and to resolve any issues as smoothly as possible.

SECTION 6 - Assessment For Faulty Items

For defective items, please follow these steps

1. Contact us at support@saberlight.com.au within a reasonable time after receiving your lightsaber.

2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and any supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, to help us assess the situation.

3. After our technical team receives the content, we will provide a solution within two working days at the latest.

SECTION 7 - Refund

Refunds will only be provided if Saberlight is unable to repair or replace the faulty lightsaber. If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This returns and refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit or modify any statutory rights you may have.

Please note that this policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this policy regularly for any updates.

SECTION 8 - 14 Day Money Back Guarantee 

Our money back guarantee policy lasts 14 days, which really is our "Risk Free - Money Back Guarantee." If you receive your item and you change your mind within those 14 days, then you are entitled to a full refund less return shipping and postage fees to our international warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will  also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a refund has been processed, then your refund will be processed and money returned will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends. 

If you have any questions about your refund money arriving (after it’s been processed), please firstly allow for a minimum of 5 business days after the refund has been processed to check up on it, then contact your bank and then contact us. But at a maximum, it shouldn’t arrive any longer than 10 business days, depending on the banking institution - feel free to reach out to us so we can communicate with you during this time. 

Contacting us via the contact form is the best way to get in touch with us. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, you can always contact us for any return question.
