What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Wherever you are in the galaxy, you can order your favorite lightsabers from us. We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all sabers, making it easier than ever to get your hands on the perfect lightsaber.

However, sometimes shipping might be temporarily paused to certain regions due to unavoidable circumstances (think: Sith invasions or intergalactic disturbances). If you can select your country during checkout, that means we can safely deliver there. So go ahead, place your order with confidence - your new lightsaber is on its way, no matter where you’re located!

How long will it take to receive my order?

It mainly depends on your location. Typically, we take 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, delivery usually takes around 5-7 business days. Most customers receive their packages within one week, making the wait quick and easy.

For international orders, please note that some packages need to clear customs before they can be tracked or delivered. This step can sometimes add a little extra time to your delivery.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

If you’re wondering about returns, here’s what you need to know: we gladly offer replacements or repairs for any products damaged due to non-man-made reasons, such as accidents during shipping or natural defects. This means if your product arrives damaged or breaks without misuse, we’ll take care of it.

However, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for lightsabers unless there is a manufacturing defect. If the lightsaber works as intended and looks good, but you simply don’t like it, unfortunately, we can’t take it back or offer a refund. Our goal is to ensure quality and satisfaction within the framework of product integrity, so please check the product details carefully before purchasing.

In short: damages not caused by you? We’ll fix or replace it. Simply not your taste? No returns or refunds, unless there’s a fault from manufacturing.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
