We know you are excited to get your ​Saberlight order, and we are too! That's why we make every effort to ensure that you receive your items and the delivery is completed as soon as possible. We also offer fast and free delivery Worldwide on all orders. Regardless of the lightsaber style or order size, rest assured that you will not be charged a fee for shipping and handling.

SHIPPING TIMES

Due to high demand as well as recent global developments, you will typically receive your order within 4-10 business days of placing your order. If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. This doesn’t occur often but can during busy periods, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page, but please be assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers.                                               

PROCESSING TIMES

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 2-4 working business days of purchase. This can extend during holiday seasons and public holidays.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

All of our products are located and shipped within warehouses around the globe, specifically in the AU,USA,UK,SPAIN & CHINA. Shipping locations vary depending on the levels of stock and demand.

PACKAGING

All lightsabers are securely packaged in a sturdy and reinforced rectangular carton. Upon arrival, be sure to open the packaging completely to retrieve both the lightsaber and accessories inside. Included in the package is the hilt, blade, tools, USB charger, instructions, and anything else specified on our individual product pages.
