Is warranty included with Saberlight lightsabers?

Saberlight lightsabers come with a one-year warranty covering defects in craftsmanship. If any issues arise within the first year after purchase, we will repair or replace your saber at no cost. Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services for any malfunctions, with additional charges for replacement parts if required.

How can I start the warranty process for my lightsaber?

Initiating the warranty process on your lightsaber involves contacting us to describe the problem using photos, videos, or other means. Be sure to include your order information. We will then discuss the issue via email. If a return to the factory for repair is required, we will provide shipping information.

Can returns be made if the item is unsatisfactory?

We replace or repair products damaged by non-man-made causes. No returns or refunds for lightsabers without defects.

Can I return an unopened box directly without contacting you?

Unauthorized returns without prior contact are not allowed. Due to our high order volume, unsolicited returns might get lost. We are not liable for any losses.
