1. ARE SABERLIGHT LIGHTSABERS DESIGNED FOR DUELING AND COMBAT?

Sure, Saberlight Lightsabers are designed for full contact dueling and can withstand heavy dueling. Our blades are made of a strong polycarbonate material that is shatterproof and has a slight flexibility to prevent them from breaking.

2. WHAT IS A SOUNDFONT?

Soundfont is a mode that affects how the saber effects such as motion, blaster deflect, etc sound. They can be changed when the saber is in the sleep mode by pressing and holding the button until it blinks twice (approx. 1 sec.). Every time the saber switches the soundfont it will play a quote from a movie.

3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOUNDFONTS AND SOUND EFFECTS? 

Soundfonts modify sound effects by giving them a certain style. Sound effects are featured on all soundfonts and include ignition, motion sounds, blaster deflection, clash noises and more. They sound a little different depending on the soundfont selected.

4. CAN TWO HILTS BE CONNECTED TO MAKE A DOUBLE-BLADED SABER? 

Yes, at least one of the sabers must have a threaded hilt connector, then the sabers can be connected to a double-bladed lightsaber. If this is not the case, you can buy a saber connector.

5. HOW DO YOU CHANGE TO SILENT MODE?

Off you press the button for a blink and it has three steps high sound, low sound and mute.

PAYMENT

1. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Now, we have supported all major payment methods, if you cannot find a suitable payment method, please contact us.

2. HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

Fill in the order information and choose the credit card to pay.

3. WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION? DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

If you did not receive an order confirmation, first check your email spam/junk folder, if there is still no email, please contact us.

4. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Of course, if the package is still in the pre-shipping stage, you can contact us to make changes to the information. However, canceling an order may require an additional fee.

5. DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX?

All customers haven't been obligated to pay import tax in the past. At least for now our sabers are not subject to any taxes but we cannot guarantee that such won't occur in the near future. Once it changes, We will try our best to keep you up to date on recent changes regarding import fees.

6. HOW TO APPLY BUY NOW PAY LATER?

By PayPal , you have the option to choose a Pay Later offer - either Pay in 4 installments or a Pay Monthly plan, applicable for eligible purchases.

7. WHAT DOES THE DECLINE CODE “DO NOT HONOR” MEAN ON CHECKOUT?

One of the most straightforward reasons is that the cardholder doesn’t have enough funds in their account or has exceeded their credit limit.

SHIPPING

1. DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer free standard shipping on all lightsabers. However, for unavoidable reasons (such as a Sith invasion), we may stop shipping to some areas, so if you see your country in your order, that means we can ship to you.

2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

It depends on where you are located. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Delivery time is 7-10 days, but most customers receive their packages in 1 week.

3. HOW CAN I KNOW MY ORDER STATUS?

We offer tracking for every order. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of your order via the tracking page.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ADDRESS?

Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the address, which means that you will need to contact us before your order is shipped.
However, we will attempt to communicate with our shipping partners, but any additional costs incurred may be your responsibility.

5. CAN YOU DELIVER TO A POST OFFICE BOX?

No, our shipping partners are NOT able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. This includes APO, FPO and DPO. Shipments can only be delivered directly to the recipient's delivery address and a signature for receipt is required.

WARRANTY/RETURNS

1. DO SABERLIGHT LIGHTSABERS COME WITH WARRANTY?

Yes, we offer a full one year warranty for any failures resulting from defective craftsmanship. If you have any problems with our saber within the first year after receiving your order, we will repair or replace your saber free of charge. If your warranty expires, we will still receive parts for repair at a separate cost.

2. HOW DO I INITIATE THE WARRANTY PROCESS ON MY LIGHTSABER?

Contact us and describe the problem using photos, videos, or other means. Don't forget to include your order information. We will first discuss the problem via email or online meeting. If it is confirmed that a return to the factory for repair is necessary, we will provide you with shipping information.

3. DOES THE USED LIGHTSABER COME WITH A WARRANTY?

No, the warranty is not transferable! If a customer sells/trades their saber to someone else, the warranty will not go with it. We keep records of every transaction.

4. CAN I RETURN IT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
The item(s) being returned must be in new and unused condition. The return should include all items that were originally shipped, such as the product, tools, instructions, and packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase, your order number, or any other relevant information.

5. CAN I SHIP BACK AN UNOPENED BOX DIRECTLY, WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No, unauthorized returns without prior contact are not permitted.Due to the large volume of orders we process daily, unsolicited returns may be lost. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result.
