At SABERLIGHT, we regularly review our prices to remain competitive and give our customers great value on every lightsaber purchase.

If you find the same product advertised for less by an eligible competitor, we’ll be happy to review a price match request.

How Our Price Match Works

Our Price Match Policy applies to genuine, publicly advertised prices for identical products that are available for immediate purchase.

Price match requests must be submitted before you place your order.

What We’ll Match

To qualify for a price match:

The competitor must be offering the identical product.
The product must be new and genuine.
The product must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.
The competitor's total price must include applicable delivery, handling and other mandatory charges.
You must provide sufficient information or a link showing the competitor's advertised price.
The product must be available to customers under substantially the same purchase conditions.

We may ask for a screenshot, product link or other evidence of the competitor's advertised price.

What Is Not Included

We do not generally price match:

Products that are below the competitor's cost price
Clearance or liquidation prices
Ex-demonstration or display products
Used, refurbished or open-box products
Discontinued products
Products that are not currently in stock
Limited-time offers that are not generally available
Private or personalised offers
Coupon, voucher or membership-only prices
Prices requiring a separate promotional code or special eligibility
Bundle offers where the products or inclusions are different
Products with materially different specifications or configurations
Products being sourced from an international online marketplace or unauthorised seller
Prices that cannot be independently verified
Pricing resulting from an obvious error

Like-for-Like Products

The product must be genuinely comparable.

This means the lightsaber must have the same model, configuration, specifications and included components.

A lower price for a different configuration, incomplete package or product with different inclusions will not qualify as a like-for-like price match.

Competitor Eligibility

We may consider price matches from legitimate retailers and authorised sellers.

The competitor must be operating a genuine retail business and the product must be available for sale to customers under normal purchasing conditions.

We reserve the right to determine whether a competitor and advertised price meet the requirements of this policy.

International Prices

Because SABERLIGHT serves customers worldwide, currency differences, taxes, customs charges and delivery costs may affect whether a competitor's price is genuinely comparable.

When reviewing an international price match request, we may consider the competitor's total delivered price, including applicable taxes, shipping and mandatory charges.

We may also use a reasonable currency conversion rate when comparing prices in different currencies.

Price Match Approval

Every price match request is reviewed individually.

A price match is not guaranteed simply because a competitor advertises a lower price.

We reserve the right to approve or decline a request based on the circumstances, including product availability, pricing conditions, competitor eligibility and whether the products are genuinely comparable.

If your price match is approved, we will confirm the matched price and provide instructions for completing your purchase.
